We can’t be everyone’s cup of tea, so if we’re not for you then just reach out to our team and we’ll be happy to provide a refund if you’re a fire-time customer who has purchased within the past 30 days.

Any items returned outside of our returns policy will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If the returned item (s) are damaged and/or opened and used, we will not honour any approved refund or replacement.
Damaged items
If your order has arrived damaged, defective or you’ve received the wrong item we will replace your order like for like.
Just reach out to our team within 30 days of receiving your order.
